Rates

First hour (and services of up to an hour): £240
Every extra half-hour £50

These charges cover performance, rehearsal and
discussion/compilation of a programme appropriate to your event.

Start and Finish Times

We agree a start time and a finish time with you,
and perform within these times with appropriate breaks.
If the event is delayed our rates still apply from the agreed start time,
and extra rates apply as above if we perform after the agreed finish time.

Deposit

We charge a non-refundable deposit
of £50 when you make your booking.
We will send you two copies of a contract to sign
and ask you to return one copy with your deposit payment.

Travel Expenses

We charge travel expenses for any venues
15 miles or more outside Oxford.

Special Requests

We will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have for favourite pieces,
as long as we have sufficient notice and the music is suitable for a mezzo voice with piano accompaniment.
In some cases we may be able to arrange a piece specifically for your programme,
at an extra cost of £50 (for an average 3-minute piece).

Other Practicalities

If your venue has a recently tuned, good quality piano
we will be happy to use it in performance.
If there is no piano, or the available instrument is not up to performance standard,
we can provide a top-of-the-range portable Roland keyboard,
as long as there is a safe and convenient power point for our use.
